In preparation for the potential impact of Hurricane Milton, Flagler Schools will be closing all schools from Wednesday, October 9 through Friday, October 11.

All activities will be canceled from Wednesday, October 9 through Thursday, October 10. A decision on all activities on Friday, October 11 is yet to be determined.

As Hurricane Helene begins to move closer to Florida’s shores, updated data from Flagler County Emergency Management has led Flagler Schools to make a change to its most recent decision regarding schools tomorrow.

Given the shift in forecast conditions as of our 8 p.m. update from Flagler County Emergency Management, we will now be closing all schools across the district for Friday, September 27.

Any extracurricular activities or athletic events taking place after school hours and into the weekend will take place as scheduled.
