Privacy and Security Notice

Your privacy and the security of your family's information are our highest priorities. We collect only the necessary information to verify your identity and ensure you are the natural or adoptive parent or a legal guardian of the student(s) being enrolled. This helps protect your child’s records and prevents unauthorized access.

To safeguard your information, we:

  • Require you to create your own account and submit documents personally.

  • Use secure, encrypted systems to store and manage your data.

  • Have removed text message verification based on FBI recommendations, as it is no longer considered a secure form of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — even though many banks and corporations still use texting as a method of 2FA verification.

  • Ensure only verified parents or guardians can complete enrollment and pick up devices.

  • Regularly update and monitor our servers to protect against known security vulnerabilities.

Despite these precautions, it's important to understand that no system or process can ever be 100% secure. We continuously work to strengthen our protections, but we also rely on our families to help keep their information safe by protecting login credentials and using strong passwords.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact our Technology Department at 386-263-0314, or submit a support ticket through the Parent Portal.
